1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale of MyRegion.ch, in the version in effect at the time of the order, apply to registration on the website www.myregion.ch.

2. Conclusion of Contract / Order

You can register your product/service/business/club/society/event on MyRegion.ch using the « Directory » and « Calendar » registration forms. By placing an order, you are making a binding offer and agree to the inclusion of your data and text on our website and the publication of your submitted photos.

3. Prices

3.1 Directory Price:

  • CHF 60.- per year
  • Local Clubs and Societies: Free

3.2 Calendar Price:

  • CHF 25.- base fee per year (includes one event day), then CHF 10.- per additional date(s)

4. Items Included in the Price

4.1 Directory (On one page): > Example

  • Name of the product/service/company/club/society with logo
  • Full contact details (Address, telephone and/or mobile number, website, email address)
  • Opening hours
  • Links to your social media (Facebook / Instagram / Twitter)
  • Up to 6 photos
  • A detailed description of your business
  • A map to indicate your location
  • Tags (keywords), SEO, and ranking to optimize your visibility in Google

Following the activation of your page, we We will offer you a welcome article on our MyRegion.ch Facebook and Instagram pages.

Text, images, and any translations are provided by the client.

4.2 Calendar (On one Page): > Example

  • Event name
  • Links to your website and social media (Facebook / Instagram / Twitter)
  • Location, date(s) and time(s)
  • Event price
  • Up to 6 photos including the event flyer
  • A description of your event
  • A map to advertise your event

A short time before your event, an article on our Facebook and Instagram pages, MyRegion.ch.

Text, images, and any translations are provided by the client.

5. Registration Payment

Once your registration is activated (online at MyRegion.ch), we will send you an invoice payable within 30 days.

6. Registration Modifications

You can modify your registration using the modification request form.

7. Contract Duration and Termination

7.1 Directory:

Your registration on MyRegion.ch is valid for a period of one year. The activation date of your online registration is decisive. Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the end of a new identical contract period. The contract can be terminated by post or email.

7.2 Calendar:

Events will be deactivated and will not be renewed once the date has passed.
